Dubai International Airport is only 10km from DWTC. Abu Dhabi International Airport is just over an hour’s drive away and also covers comprehensive regional and international services.
The station ‘Dubai World Trade Centre’ is on the Red Line within Zone 5. Trains run every 7 minutes and with options such as Park and Ride or feeder buses connecting various neighborhoods to the metro. Using the metro not only saves you time and reduces traffic on the roads, but also lowers our carbon footprint, which helps us work towards a greener environment.

Metered taxis across the city are easy to find, well-regulated, clean, and comfortable. Those that prefer to, can opt for ladies-only taxis driven by women. The taxi rank is next to the Ibis Hotel at Exhibition Plaza.

Registration is located upon entering the hall. Badges are 'print-at-home'and you will receive an email with your 'print-at-home' badge approximately two weeks before the event. Should you need any assistance such as badge re-prints, change of details etc. the team can assist you at the registration desk.

Registration is free if you register online in advance of the event. There will be a $50 USD onsite fee applied for registrations onsite during February 10-11.
We strongly encourage all registrations to be completed online in advance of the event. We will accommodate onsite registrations, but please not there will be an onsite fee of $50 USD that this will likely take more time to gain access especially during peak times.
If you need to change any of the details as they appear on your badge, please refer to your confirmation email where you can log back in to make any changes.
Once you have completed your registration or a group registration you are unable to add a colleague to that registration. Therefore you will need to complete a new registration online.
The Go Live! Theater on the show floor will allow all attendees visiting the tradeshow to take advantage of a full two day programme, led by industry experts, included in your registration.

The venue DWTC has free Wi-Fi available in the hall during the event which you can sign up to with an email address. Please note, its coverage is dependent on the number of users, so if you are exhibiting and require internet we advise ordering through the venue. Click here for further details.
Yes, the event app is available to all registered attendees, allowing you to browse the attendee list, discover exhibitors and their products, bookmark sessions and pre-schedule meetings for the days of the show. All attendees will be given access 2 weeks before the event to all for pre-event networking.
The Buyer Programme secures the key purchasers from airlines and lessors for both AIME and MRO projects, and a dedicated team arranges 20-minute meetings with exhibitors at their booth. To view the attendee list, you must first be registered for the event, then sign into the event app to browse the list. You cannot download or export the attendees from the app, as it is designed for 1-2-1 connections and to setup meetings for the days of the event.

There is no cloakroom or luggage storage facilities available so it is advised you store luggage with your hotel.
There are catering outlets both in the concourse within the exhibition hall. There are a variety of options to cater to dietary requirements
We do not provide a shuttle service, therefore all attendees are responsible for their own transportation to and from the event.
DWTC is committed to supporting people with determination and ensuring that the venue is as accessible and user friendly as possible. DWTC offers wheelchair access throughout the complex, including several reserved parking spaces for people of determination. Parking for people of determination is free of charge when presenting the RTA card at the exit of any DWTC parking. Wheelchairs are available free of charge and can be borrowed from three of our information desks, at the Convention Gate, the Exhibition Gate and Hall 1, and from the Emergency Medical Services station next to Hall 5. A form of ID (such as a driving license or Emirates ID) will be required upon collection, yet we are unable to off er pre-booking and are subject to availability.

Our Events are principally directed at business professionals. They are not intended for children under the age of sixteen. Without limitation to the foregoing, there may be some areas of our Events where it is inappropriate or impractical for children under the age of sixteen to be present (for example, during executive conference workshops) and Informa Markets reserves the right at any time to restrict entry to such areas accordingly.
