While walking the show floor at MRO Middle East you will discover a range of zones that group specific exhibitors together allow for networking.
Zones are a great way to give attendees a focal point, knowing they can visit a cluster of companies on a specific topic and often offer exhibitors a more affordable way of participating at the show
If you are part of a regional aviation cluster or a country trade association, there may be demand for a country pavilion. This groups a number of exhibitors from a single country or region together on the show floor and allows exhibitors to benefit from grants or discounted pricing via their membership.
Exclusively available for qualifiying Airline and lessors, the Airline Club Lounge, is the ideal place for our VIPs to escape the busy aisles, enjoy the complimentary refreshments, host informal meetings or catch up on emails.
The networking lounges on the edge of the show floor are open to all attendees. For visitors looking to either pre-schedule meetings via the app or host ad-hoc meetings onsite, the networking lounge is the ideal location.
We have added a dedicated area for 1-2-1 meetings to take place. Meetings can be booked via the event app, allowing you to more easily find your prospect and guaranteeing a table and chairs to conduct the meeting in a quieter area, away from the busy networking lounge.
